Reflections

Wouldn't it be grand if life came with an instruction manual?  I mean seriously, things would be so much easier!  Except for men, because we all know they hardly ever read instructions or pay attention to most things you tell them, LOL!  It's okay ... I still love you guys.

It's been almost a year since my move to Griffin, and lately, I find myself reflecting on many things.  Below, I share my thoughts with you:

As we grow up,
we learn that even the one person
who wasn't supposed to ever let you down,
probably will.
You will have your heart broken,
probably more than once,
and it's harder every time.
You'll break a few hearts, too,
so remember how it felt when yours was broken.
You'll fight with your best friend.
You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You'll cry because time is passing way too fast,
and you'll eventually lose someone who meant the world to you.

Therefore, take many pictures, laugh as much as you can,
and love like you have never been hurt,
because every sixty seconds you spend upset
is a minute of happiness you'll never get back!
