Spalding Meets Spalding

Stefan Smith with Spalding County Commissioners.

Stefan Smith presented a small gift to Spalding County at the commissioners’ meeting this week - a golden age of travel print of Spalding, England.  Spalding, UK is a lovely city of 30,000 people in Lincolnshire.  What a way to spark a relationship!  Hopefully the two Spaldings can find ways to interact with each other in the future.
